Pre-Sowing Tillage Machine „Nietoperz”
Machine Description
The construction of suspended tillage machines has been designed so that the machine achieves the maximum working width.
It is collapsed into three sections for transport. The system is based on actuators with two-way action and it is safely operated from the operator’s position.
A unit of string rollers, 320 mm in diameter, constitutes the section responsible for preliminary grading of transverse unevennesses of the soil. The final working section of the machine also consists of string rollers, however they are arranged in a tandem system.
The tines made of spring steel, installed in four sections, ensure that soil clods are broken up as much as possible.
They are terminated by coulters with a double-sided blade, which automatically extends their service life. If a coulter has undergone excessive wear, it can be rotated by 180 degrees and used to effectively till soil further.
Thanks to preservation of the appropriate distances between individual beams and clearance above the ground, they ensure excellent effects of work, in both light and heavy soils.
